Pillar is the backbone of the bike and scooter ecosystem. Replacing the current station infrastructure which is reaching end of life, Pillar integrates several key technical features that help lower operational costs and keeps the fleet running. Timeless, iconic, and robust, Pillar is designed to be an important part of city infrastructure for years to come.

As the Industrial Design Lead, I was a key member of the core team through the entire product development process. I worked closely with both our Product and Engineering teams to define the program goals and roadmap. I drove initial concept ideation, prototyping, final concept refinement, CMF, Hardware UI, and product naming.
