NDD & Postmates X | Year: 2018-2019 | Role: Project Lead

Delivery with a smile. Teaming up with PostmatesX, we set out to design an autonomous delivery robot that was approachable, intuitive, and culturally relevant. Inspired by both the utility of a shopping cart and the charisma of Wall-e, Serve is unlike any other delivery robot out there.

As the NDD Project Lead, I directed the creative vision for our cross-disciplinary team of ID, XD, and PD and led all work sessions with the client. Working closely with the PostmatesX team, we took Serve from sketch to working prototype in just 9 months.
